Harpreet Singh Bedi joined Lavanya Healthcare Limited as General Manager in May 2024. With over 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry, he has been instrumental in commissioning the company’s manufacturing plant in August 2024 and establishing operations aligned with WHO-GMP guidelines. His leadership has laid a solid foundation for regulatory compliance, product quality, and scalable manufacturing systems.

Currently at Lavanya Healthcare, he continues to drive excellence in manufacturing, compliance, and product development — strengthening the company’s position in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical space.

Before joining Lavanya Healthcare, Mr. Harpreet Singh Bedi served in several reputed Pharmaceutical medicine companies, including NovezzaPharmaPvt. Ltd, NidusPharmaPvt. Ltd, Novartis Healthcare, with Ind-Swift Ltd. holding leadership positions in General Manager and Operations.

Mr.Bedi holds a Master’s in Pharmacy (Pharmacovigilance) from NIMS University and a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Amravati University. His research on RP-HPLC method for Nitazoxanide was published in a peer-reviewed journal, reflecting his technical acumen and research orientation.

Mr. Vishnu Dev Yadav

Head – Ayurvedic Manufacturing

Mr. Vishnu Dev Yadav leads the Ayurvedic manufacturing division at Lavanya Healthcare Limited with over 20 years of extensive industry experience in classical and proprietary Ayurvedic formulations. Since joining the organization in September 2024, he has been instrumental in building a robust and compliant manufacturing setup aligned with the highest standards of AYUSH and GMP.

Before joining Lavanya Healthcare, Mr. Yadav served in several reputed Ayurvedic and herbal medicine companies, including Aadi Baidacharya, Nivoxxa Biotech, PMG Healthcare, and Indo Himalayan Herbs Inc., holding leadership positions in manufacturing and operations.

Mr. Vishnu Dev Yadav brings with him a deep-rooted passion for Ayurveda and a commitment to delivering safe, effective, and authentic formulations. His contribution continues to enhance Lavanya Healthcare’s mission of offering high-quality Ayurvedic solutions for holistic wellness.

Krishna Kumar joined Lavanya Healthcare Cosmetic Production Manager in May 2025. With over 12 years of experience in Cosmetics Division (Herbal & Non-Herbal)., he has been instrumental in commissioning the company’s manufacturing plant in May 2025 and establishing operations aligned with WHO-GMP guidelines. His leadership has laid a solid foundation for regulatory compliance, product quality, and scalable manufacturing systems

Before joining Lavanya Healthcare, Mr. Krishan Kumar brings with him a wealth of experience in the manufacturing and development of personal care, skin care, and hair care products. With over a decade of hands-on expertise in leading ISO, GMP, and WHO-certified cosmetic manufacturing units, his knowledge spans a wide range of herbal and non-herbal cosmetic formulations. His technical credentials are further strengthened by his approval as a Technical Staff under Form 32 from the Drug Control Department, Delhi. Lead the development of new cosmetic products formulation and Reformulation, working closely with R&D and external lab including , M/S Gnosis pharmaceutical Pvt.Ltd, M/S MDF Food & Pharma, M/S Lord Venky Ecom Pvt Ltd. M/S Vaadi Herbal Pvt.Ltd. holding leadership positions in Cosmetic Production Manager

Mr. Kumar holds a B.Sc. (PCM) from William Carey University .
