Harpreet Singh Bedi, General Manager since May 2024, brings over 22 years of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical experience and successfully led the commissioning of the company's WHO-GMP-compliant manufacturing facility while driving excellence in manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and product development. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Novezza Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Nidus Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Novartis Healthcare, and Ind-Swift Ltd., and holds a Master's in Pharmacy (Pharmacovigilance) with published research demonstrating his strong technical and scientific expertise.

Krishna Kumar

Production Manager – Cosmetics Chemist

Krishna Kumar, Cosmetic Production Manager at Lavanya Healthcare Limited since May 2025, brings over 12 years of expertise in herbal and non-herbal cosmetics and has played a key role in establishing the company's WHO-GMP-compliant cosmetic manufacturing operations. With extensive experience in ISO, GMP, and WHO-certified manufacturing, cosmetic product development, and technical leadership across reputed organizations, he combines strong formulation expertise with a B.Sc. (PCM) and Drug Control Department (Delhi) technical approval.

Production Manager – Herbal Chemist

Mr. Vishnu Dev Yadav, Head – Ayurvedic Manufacturing at Lavanya Healthcare Limited since September 2024, brings over 20 years of expertise in classical and proprietary Ayurvedic formulations and has established a robust AYUSH and GMP-compliant manufacturing system. With previous leadership roles at Aadi Baidacharya, Nivoxxa Biotech, PMG Healthcare, and Indo Himalayan Herbs Inc., he is dedicated to delivering safe, authentic, and high-quality Ayurvedic formulations that support holistic wellness.
