Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. It is the single most useful check you can make before choosing any manufacturer, and we would rather you did it before placing an order than after.
What is dispatched from here?
All third party manufacturing consignments. PCD trading stock is dispatched separately from our Zirakpur office.
Which certifications do you hold?
WHO-GMP certified, US FDA compliant, Halal, Kosher and FSSAI approved. See the certificates here, or ask us to send copies directly.
Which dosage forms can you make?
Tablets, capsules, syrups and dry syrups, injections, sachets, ointments and creams, gels, soft gelatin capsules, protein powders and soaps. Ayurvedic products are made under our AYUSH licence in the same premises.
Where exactly is Derabassi?
In Punjab, within Mohali district, on the Chandigarh-Ambala road. It is about 25 km from Chandigarh, roughly 30 km from Chandigarh airport, and 12 km from our Zirakpur head office.
What are the factory hours?
Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00. Sunday closed. Plan a visit inside those hours so production is actually running when you walk through.
Do you do contract manufacturing for other brands?
Yes, that is the main work of this unit. Your brand, your packing design, our licence and our plant. See third party manufacturing for how it works.
Is a Certificate of Analysis provided?
Yes, with every batch, without asking. Stability data and the manufacturing record can be provided on request as well.
