Does manufacturing happen here?
No. Zirakpur is the head office - team, coordination, commercial discussion and PCD dispatch. All manufacturing takes place at our Derabassi factory, about 12 km away.
What is the difference between Lavanya Healthcare Limited and Lavanya Biotech?
They are separate businesses with separate profiles working from the same office. Lavanya Healthcare Limited is the manufacturing company and holds the WHO-GMP unit at Derabassi. Lavanya Biotech handles trading and its own PCD division. A partner can work with either, depending on which division is open in their district.
Can I visit without an appointment?
You can, but it is better to call ahead on +91 75087 19141 so the person you need to meet is actually here rather than out in the field.
Is PCD stock supplied from here?
Yes. All PCD franchise trading stock is dispatched from this office. Third party manufacturing consignments go directly from the Derabassi factory instead.
Do you supply Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula from here?
Yes, and same-day or next-day in most cases. The tricity is our own backyard, so an urgent requirement here is the easiest one for us to meet.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes. Partners in and around the tricity often do. Let us know a day ahead and the consignment will be invoiced and packed when you arrive.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:30. Sunday closed. The Derabassi factory runs different hours - Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00.
How do I see the factory?
Factory visits happen at Derabassi by appointment. The two sites are separate, roughly 12 km apart, and we are happy to arrange both in one trip.
