In practice the words are used interchangeably in this trade. What you are getting is a monopoly appointment: one distributor per division per district, in writing, with no franchise fee and no royalty. You buy stock at a fixed rate and sell it in your own territory.
Do I get free promotional input with the order?
Yes. Every first order carries a promotional input pack free - visual aid, bags, pens, pads, paperweights, keyrings and LBLs. Repeat orders carry something too, scaled to the order value. You are not charged for it and it is not adjusted into the rate.
