Which districts in Mizoram are available?
A good number of the 11 districts in Mizoram are open at any given time, but this changes daily. Send us your district and the therapy you want and we will check all 8 divisions and reply the same day. If that division has already gone in your district, we will say so plainly rather than keep you hoping.
Do I need a drug licence issued in Mizoram?
Yes. The licence has to be issued by the drug licensing authority of Mizoram - a licence held in another state does not cover you here, and we cannot dispatch against one. GST registration in Mizoram is required as well. Send copies of both and we will send the rate list while your paperwork is being checked.
Which are the main pharmaceutical markets in Mizoram?
Aizawl, Lunglei, Champhai, Serchhip. Aizawl is usually where a new partner starts, because the trade is concentrated there and it is the easiest place to establish a few products before spreading into the smaller districts.
How long does delivery to Mizoram take?
Aizawl takes eight to nine days, routed through Guwahati and Silchar. Interior districts add a further one to two days and the monsoon can extend that considerably. Dispatch happens within two to three working days of payment clearing.

In practice the words are used interchangeably in this trade. What you are getting is a monopoly appointment: one distributor per division per district, in writing, with no franchise fee and no royalty. You buy stock at a fixed rate and sell it in your own territory.
