In third party manufacturing the formulation is developed for you, or you supply your own formula — the composition is yours. In private label you choose a product that already exists in our range and we pack it under your brand.

Private label is faster and needs less investment; third party gives you a formulation that nobody else in the market can sell. Both are available across all our manufacturing divisions.

You need a valid FSSAI licence for nutraceutical and food supplement products, GST registration, your brand name (trademark certificate or applied-for receipt) and approved label artwork.

For ayurvedic products an AYUSH licence is required, and for cosmetics a cosmetic manufacturing approval applies. We share the complete checklist before your first order.

Yes. We manufacture pectin and gelatin based nutraceutical gummies on third party and private label basis — multivitamin, biotin and beauty, kids, immunity, sleep support and apple cider vinegar ranges.

Yes. We use natural sweeteners such as erythritol, stevia and allulose in place of sugar, and pectin bases so the product stays fully vegetarian and vegan suitable. See our gummy range.

Yes. We manufacture effervescent tablets in tube and strip packing — vitamin C, electrolyte, multivitamin and hot-water effervescent formats for herbal ranges.

Yes. Our electrolyte and hydration range is manufactured in sachets, stick packs, jars and effervescent formats for sports, ORS-style and daily-hydration brands.

Yes. Our herbal cosmetic division manufactures peel-off masks, face washes, face serums, creams, lotions, scrubs, shampoos and conditioners, hair oils, soaps, lip balms and body butters on third party and private label basis.

Yes. Our ayurvedic and herbal division manufactures classical and proprietary formulations — churna, vati, guggul, asava-arishta, ras, ark, malt, prash, juices and herbal syrups.

Yes. We manufacture ayurvedic and herbal face creams, face serums, gels and face packs with plant-derived actives, packed in tubes, pump bottles and jars.

PCD stands for Propaganda Cum Distribution. You get the rights to market and distribute our products in your district under our brand, with our promotional support. You invest in distribution and field work — not in a manufacturing plant.

Products are supplied ready to sell from a WHO-GMP certified facility, with a Certificate of Analysis for every batch.

Yes — we work on a 100% monopoly basis. Once a district is allotted to you, we do not appoint any other distributor for the same division in that district.

Monopoly rights are issued on our official letterhead with complete documentation, so your position in that territory is on record. You can build doctor relationships without another distributor of ours undercutting your prices.

We have eight marketing divisions: Roxrose Pharmaceuticals, Tesact Biocare, Lavanya Biotech, Herbal Ratna Care, Critbarg Pharmaceuticals, Lavanya Glamzone, Femglare Ovulation and Psycho Matrix — together more than 1,000 ready products.

Our divisions cover ortho and anti-inflammatory, gynae, derma, antibiotic, paediatric, cardiac and diabetic, gastro, ENT and cough, dental, ophthalmic and general physician range.

The minimum order to start a PCD franchise with us is Rs. 25,000. There is no separate franchise fee — your investment goes into your first stock order and your local promotion.

Along with the order we issue monopoly rights on our official letterhead, confirming in writing that the rights for your territory are yours.

We provide a full set of promotional and marketing material so you can promote the products in your territory:

• Product cards, product booklets and LBL pamphlets
• Doctor reminder cards
• Wall clocks, table clocks and paper weights
• Diaries, notepads, pen stands and promotional pens

The type and quantity is planned according to your product portfolio, order value, territory and the agreed business terms.

Cost depends on four things: the formulation, the dosage form, the packing and the order quantity. Raw material grade matters most — two capsules of the same size can differ widely depending on the actives used.

For PCD franchise partners, product samples are provided with your order so your field team can present the range to doctors.

For third party manufacturing, if you need to check a particular product before committing to a batch, we courier one or two pieces to you for quality evaluation and testing.

Third party manufacturing — 40% advance with the order. The balance is paid once the batch is ready, and goods are dispatched after full payment.

PCD franchise and trading — 100% advance on order.

Credit is available on the trading side only, and starts once a working relationship is established — usually after around three to four months, five or more billings and roughly Rs. 1 to 1.5 lakh of business. Credit is not offered on third party manufacturing orders.
