What are the payment terms?
Trading orders are 100% advance. Once a working relationship is established, terms can be discussed - but we would rather agree that after a few orders than promise it before the first.
What happens if a batch has a problem?
Tell us the batch number and we will pull the manufacturing and analytical record for it. If the fault is ours, replacement is ours to arrange, not yours to argue for.
